| Details: | Aasha is a workshop project that focuses to enhance the personal effectiveness of doctors and health care professionals by improving communication skills, self-esteem, time management, conflict management leadership, and problem-solving skills to increase patient satisfaction. With a target of 50 participants in each batch and an expenditure of NPR 250,000 (plus VAT), covering a full day of training with written action plans and training materials, this project is designed to create more productive and passionate healthcare professionals. |
